Ongoing research

The title of my dissertation is "Psychiatrization of childhood? Child psychiatric expertise in Swedish media and public broadcast 1968-2008" and it examines the dissemination and circulation of child psychological and psychiatric expertise in Swedish mass media during the later decades of the 20th century and the ways that such expertise has influenced our understanding of children and youths' development, child rearing, family constellations, and so on.
