Conference program/schedule (preliminary)
Thursday June 23
The conference will begin with an opening address at 12.00. Sessions and plenary addresses will start at 12.00 and end at 17.30 followed by an Opening Reception at 18.15.
Friday June 24
The conference schedule will begin at 8.30 and end at 17.30 with a lunch break between 12.00 and 14.00. The conference dinner starts at 19.00.
Saturday June 25
The conference schedule will begin at 8.30 and end at 17.30 with a lunch break and SHCY president address between 12.00 and 14.00. Sessions are followed by a SHCY member meeting from 17.30-18.30.

As of April 6, 2011, there are no full fellowships available for graduate students presenting at the conference. All graduate students are eligible for a reduced registration fee ($62.50).

The SHCY has set aside a limited number of rooms in Columbia’s Carman Hall dormitory (10 single rooms @$73 per night and 10 double rooms @$57 per person, per night). You can reserve those rooms by following this link: https://regstg.com/Registration/Registration.aspx?rid=832bf08d-279b-4fee-b967-c44b8feeffa8.
Roommates must reserve rooms on the same on-line form. Reservations for dormitory rooms must be made no later than June 1.

Forty graduate students have been awarded full fellowships to present papers at the SHCY Conference. No other full fellowships are available, although all graduate students are eligible for the half-price registration fee.
