From household waste to biogas production

The post doc project, “From household waste to biogas production: Street-level bureaucrats in a municipal implementation process”, focuses on the early implementation phase when organic waste will be sorted out in the municipality of Linköping. In this ongoing waste management project, I study the municipal real estate company, their staff and households as well as politicians and civil servants in the municipal organization. In particular, I follow actors that can be understood as “street-level bureaucrats” in the process, in order to analyze how they handle and interpret political ambitions and household's everyday life demands.
