Current research projects
My doctoral project is a study on the dissemination/uptake/mainstreaming of nearly zero energy buildings in Sweden. I use a multidisciplinary approach with inspiration from policy, innovation, and STS (Science and Technology Studies) theories. My project is funded via the Swedish Energy Agency.
Teaching in Environmental Science within, amongst others, the courses "Environmental Communication", "Science and Politics", "Scientific theories of transformation", "Spatial and temporal perspectives on environmental problems", and "Project Management, Organization Theory and the working environment", with lectures and seminars. Also supervision of students in the MSc in Science for Sustainable Development.

Technology and Social Change is an interdisciplinary research unit focusing on how social actors create and use technology, and how technical change is woven together with cultural patterns, daily life, politics, energy systems, learning, and the economy in history and society.
The objective for Tema - The Department of Thematic Studies is to pursue excellent research and education at undergraduate and advanced levels relevant to society.
