Crisis preparedness for technical infrastructure
This research project is intended to analyse the management and networks surrounding crisis preparedness for energy and IT systems. The analysis is focused on coordination and networking by local and regional actors in terms of decision-making and execution.
The central topics addressed in the research project concern which actors and issues are being included or excluded in the preparedness network. The study is focused on the actors’ visions, goals, guidelines and understanding of crises. The project also studies how these actors interact with, or fail to interact with, various organisations in which crisis management is actually carried out.
